Neat capture, Joyce.
Not sure I would want to ride that bike from Nevada. How about tires, speed, safety, etc. Also wonder if he gets 8 hours on his Apple computer battery, as advertised with normal a/c current, when it is solar powered? Times are changing, that is for sure. I doubt many are doing what this young man is doing. He is indeed unique. Cool. At least he could munch on some New Zealand Spinach.
I KNOW I wouldn’t want to ride that bike ANYWHERE. What a great story, however.
Great journalistic shot Joyce! Like the commentary.
Cool…!

Interesting story. Great shot too.
Great catch and story Joyce. This really does prove that we have become a mobile society.
very interesting story, joyce. and i love the rock in the background!
very cool!
I would certainly like to make such a journey if I get the chance ,but not in winter .
Looks pretty comfortable – might be a folding bike, for periods of bus riding, etc. Very enterprising; congratulations to him for his endeavor and yours, Joyce, for sharing his story.
Great shot! Just wondering how clean his cloth are? Guess occasionally he may be checking in some motels!
I am surprised he can get any data signal out on the bluff trail. I barely get any cell phone signal for voice.
