First Solar (NMS:FSLR), a solar modules maker, lifted Q4 EPS 2% to $1.65, 13 cents above views. Sales rose 48% to $641 mil, topping estimates. But gross margins slid more than anticipated, and the company was cautious about ’10 demand. It fell 6%.
